You spend your days in practice, knowing that practice can and will look many different ways. In some moments, the practice is silent meditation; in others, it's creative movement; and sometimes, it's simply being silly and belching out deep belly laughs with friends. 

 

Activities include dance, embodied yoga, sound bath meditation, cacao ceremony, restorative & yin classes, breathwork, a handpan workshop, and, of course, a pasta-making workshop.

 

You show up as you are and slowly begin to release the roles, labels, and layers of life that keep you distracted from your native state: consciousness. You start to realize that consciousness isn’t something to be achieved or merely a concept of the mind; it's an embodied way of being. A return home.

By the end of your journey, when it's time to say goodbye, you know you're walking away with an awakened wisdom that lives in your body. A deep awareness of what it is to truly be alive. A $555 deposit is required to reserve your spot which will be deducted from your full payment! The early bird pricing of $4000 will be available until November 1st, 2026 with payment plans available. Full price following November 1st is $4500. This includes your board and stay for 7 nights at the messeria, 3 nourishing meals a day, all events and activities on the schedule, and support getting to and from the airport.
